Cogit Trade Fees for Asset Management companies
Cogit Trade Fees allows Asset Managers the calculation of commissions and retrocessions to be paid and received.
Thanks to the integration of orders and the automatic calculation of positions, the software can calculate the management fees and outstanding retrocessions using the parametered distribution convention.
The convention management system has been proven by our clients and manages all types and conditions of tarification. It allows bases of determination and calculation different (position value, management fees, subscription fees, commissions, etc...) and uses the most commonly used calculation methods.
The conventions remain easy to maintain thanks to the batch operations and the ergonomy of the pre-defined tarification scales.
It is therefore possible to produce accounting, provisions and even simulations for the distribution conventions for a given period.
The generated calculation results propose a level of detail which is parametered, reporting adapted to the requirements and electronic document flows.
Cogit Trade Fees proposes also the breakdown of retrocessions after their calculation to allow their allocation to the different participants.
The sofware manages also the follow-up of payments and claims.
